1. Who we are

zh.app ("Zen Horizon") is a Chinese-language digital publication operated by H&A Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13721106). These Terms govern your use of the website and any free or paid services offered on it. By using zh.app you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

zh.app publishes equity research notes, growth scorecards, topic guides and related educational financial content. Reading published content is open to all visitors. A free account additionally allows you to submit a limited number of custom research requests each month. A paid membership (see Section 4) increases those limits and adds the benefits listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • One account per person. You may sign in with email and password or with Google.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

4. Membership, billing and renewal

  • Paid membership is offered as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep member benefits until then.
  • If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal and we will give you reasonable advance notice.
  • Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Important: not investment advice

All content on zh.app — including research notes, scores, ratings, valuation ranges and any "target price" or similar figures — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is general research commentary; it is not investment advice, not a personal recommendation, and not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. H&A Global Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide regulated financial services. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Always do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

6. Acceptable use

  • Content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
  • You may not scrape, bulk-download, republish, resell or redistribute content, or share member access, without our prior written consent.
  • You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, design and branding are owned by H&A Global Limited or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited personal license described above.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • The service is provided "as is". While we apply an editorial review process, we do not warrant that content is accurate, complete or current, and data may contain errors.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence), or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified on the site or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that consumers resident elsewhere keep any protection and forum rights granted by their local mandatory consumer law.
