Further, it provides online games operated through mobile and online game businesses; advertising services; Xunlei Browser that provides video streaming, web browsing, and novel reading; cloud-based implementation for subscription services; cloud computing services; accelerated data transmission services; indexing technology, and distributed file locating system. The company was formerly known as Giganology Limited and changed its name to Xunlei Limited in January 2011. Xunlei Limited was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China.
