After terminating its acquisition of Figma in late 2023 and paying a $1 billion termination fee, Adobe signed an agreement in November 2025 to acquire Semrush for about $1.9 billion. Beginning in fiscal Q1 2026 it combined its Digital Media, Digital Experience, and Publishing & Advertising units into a single operating segment, and in April 2026 announced a new $25 billion share repurchase authorization running through the end of April 2030.
