The company offers CoreWeave Cloud platform that comprises proprietary software and cloud services that deliver the automation and efficiency needed to manage complex artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure at scale. It also offers data and storage solutions, such as Local Object Transport Accelerator; infrastructure control solutions, including CoreWeave Kubernetes service; mission control services, including node, rack, and fleet lifecycle management; model and agent development tools comprising Weights & Biases, an AI developer platform; and runtime acceleration. In addition, the company offers graphics processing unit compute, CPU compute, networking services, managed services, and virtual and bare metal servers. Its services also include visual effects rendering, machine learning, pixel streaming, and batch processing. The company was formerly known as Atlantic Crypto Corporation and changed its name to CoreWeave, Inc. in December 2019. CoreWeave, Inc. was incorporated in 2017 and is based in Livingston, New Jersey.

The company is led by co-founders Mike Intrator (CEO), Brian Venturo (Chief Strategy Officer), and Brannin McBee (Chief Development Officer), and held its IPO on March 28, 2025. In 2025 it acquired Weights & Biases, Monolith, and Marimo. In January 2026 NVIDIA bought roughly 23 million shares in a private placement at $87.20 per share, raising about $2 billion, and in March 2026 CoreWeave secured an $8.5 billion DDTL 4.0 delayed-draw term loan facility.

Microsoft accounted for about 67% of 2025 revenue, and all GPUs in its infrastructure are NVIDIA GPUs; it was named an NVIDIA Exemplar Cloud in 2025. By the end of 2025 it operated 43 data centers with over 850MW of active power, rising to over 1GW active and more than 3.5GW of total contracted power by Q1 2026.
