NXP Semiconductors N.V. was incorporated in 2006 and is headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The company completed its initial public offering on August 6, 2010. In 2025 it completed three acquisitions—TTTech Auto, Aviva Links, and Kinara. In early 2026 it completed the divestiture of its MEMS business, receiving USD 878 million in cash and recognizing a one-time gain of USD 627 million.
