Further, it offers network products; and technical consulting and engineering design services. Additionally, the company provides data center networks, edge computing, cloud networks, carrier access, and IoT integration solutions. Accton Technology Corporation was incorporated in 1988 and is headquartered in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
Geschichte
Accton Technology Corporation was incorporated in 1988 in Taiwan's Hsinchu Science Park, beginning with the design and manufacture of Ethernet and networking hardware, and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on 15 November 1995 under code 2345. By 1998 it supplied major OEMs, and by the early 2000s its product mix spanned switches, wireless LAN, broadband, and gateways. Its subsidiary Edgecore was founded in 2004 and began operating as a branded subsidiary in 2010. The company submitted a 10GbE ToR switch design to OCP in 2014 and contributed an open-design 100GbE Ethernet switch in 2015, later transitioning to 400G and then to AI-oriented Ethernet.

Accton is a white-box Ethernet switch ODM serving cloud providers and AI data centers, with long-standing experience in open networking and OCP. Its product line includes 800G AI/ML fabrics, fiber optical transceivers, hyper network appliances, and edge servers, and the report describes it as one of the purest AI Ethernet ODMs. In the first three quarters of 2025, its Network Application segment reached 63% of revenue and the Americas accounted for 81% of revenue; full-year 2025 revenue rose to 248.3 billion TWD.
