Asia Vital Components Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, provides total thermal solutions worldwide. It is involved in the manufacturing, installation, processing, sales, and import and export of various electronic components, electronic materials, communication electronic machinery products, auto parts, lighting equipment, and computer peripherals. The company also offers cooling products, such as DC fan, EC fan, thin centrifugal fan and fan array, active heat sink, heat pipe and vapor chamber, far-end radiator, radiator, and compressor radiator; cooling solution for computers, communication equipment, energy, cars, transportation, and other applicable field of industrial cooling; and motherboard and casing products. In addition, it designs and manufactures PC-related system products; development and research of hinge products, as well as its structure, logical, and mechanical build; manufactures web camera modules and cellphone camera modules; and develops touch panel products, including tablet and AIO, industrial products, and LCM+TP. Further, the company provides legal solutions and assists its customers to obtain product recognitions; and systematic assembly, testing, program preload, package, and delivery services. Asia Vital Components Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1991 and is headquartered in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

Asia Vital Components Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1991 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and began as a maker of PC and notebook cooling parts such as heat sinks, fans, heat pipes and vapor chambers, serving OEM customers including HP, Lenovo and Dell. In 1999, Shen Qingxing (born 1963), a former Mass Computer CFO, acquired the company when its annual revenue was about NT$700 million. It listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 2002 under code 3017. Its business evolved through three stages: PC/NB cooling, server and communications cooling, and AI liquid cooling from 2023 onward.

FY2025 consolidated revenue surpassed NT$100 billion, reaching about NT$139.6 billion (roughly +95% year over year), making it about six times the size of direct rival Auras (3324.TWO), whose 2025 revenue was about NT$23.279 billion. It is vertically integrated across cold plates, manifolds, chassis and cooling distribution units, supplying quick-connect couplings through subsidiary Fositek (6805.TWO), and holds Nvidia GB200/GB300 certification.
