The company has grown substantially through acquisitions, including the Endeavor transaction in 2024 and the Double Eagle transaction in 2025, which deepened its inventory and production platform. These stock-funded deals expanded its diluted share count from roughly 159 million in 2019 to about 285 million in 2025. In April 2026, the company repaid its remaining $550 million term loan.
