Wiwynn Corporation was incorporated in 2012 (founded October 2, 2012) as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wistron, targeting cloud data center infrastructure with an ODM-direct model that serves hyperscale customers directly and provides rack system integration rather than building branded servers. It listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange on November 13, 2019. Annual revenue rose from NT$192.63 billion in 2021 to NT$360.54 billion in 2024, then jumped to NT$950.66 billion in 2025 (up 163.7%), with AI-related products contributing over half of revenue; first-quarter 2026 revenue reached NT$276.51 billion with EPS of 75.95.
