Celestica Inc., together with its subsidiaries, provides supply chain solutions in Asia, North America, and internationally. It operates through two segments, Advanced Technology Solutions, and Connectivity and Cloud Solutions. The company has a strategic collaboration with Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. for the development of Helios, a rack-scale AI platform. The company was incorporated in 1994 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
History
Celestica Inc. was incorporated in 1994 as an IBM entity holding IBM's Toronto manufacturing assets, with an OEM manufacturing heritage of over 75 years and having begun serving non-IBM customers in 1993. In 1996 an Onex-led investor group acquired the business from IBM, and the company completed its IPO on 1998-06-30 at a split-adjusted US$8.75 per share, raising net proceeds of US$389 million. Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, it later expanded through acquisitions and today operates two segments, Advanced Technology Solutions and Connectivity and Cloud Solutions.

Celestica is a global supply-chain and electronics manufacturing services provider operating in Asia, North America and internationally, serving original equipment manufacturers, hyperscalers and cloud and service providers across aerospace and defense, industrial, HealthTech, capital equipment, communications and enterprise markets.
