It was formerly known as DowDuPont Inc. and changed its name to DuPont de Nemours, Inc. in June 2019, with an IPO date of June 3, 2019. Between 2021 and 2026 the company underwent multiple major portfolio changes, including the divestiture of its M&M business, the sale of Delrin, the spinoff of the Qnity electronics business, and the sale of Aramids. It completed the electronics business spinoff in the fourth quarter of 2025, after which it was organized into two reporting segments: Healthcare & Water Technologies and Diversified Industrials. Acquisitions including Spectrum, Donatelle, and Sinochem aligned with a strategy of concentrating on medical and water-treatment businesses. Lori Koch has served as CEO since June 2024. In 2025 the company reported continuing-operations net sales of $6.849 billion and Operating EBITDA of $1.628 billion (margin 23.8%).
