In recent years it has grown both organically and through acquisitions: it acquired Summit for about $360 million in 2024, and acquired Right Way, Century, Feyen Zylstra, and Meisner in 2025. Brian Lane has served as CEO since 2011, with COO Trent McKenna becoming president beginning in 2026 in a gradual, planned succession.
