Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd provides various high-speed connectivity solutions for optical and electrical Ethernet and PCIe applications in the United States, Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and other international markets. The company offers ZeroFlap (ZF) active electrical cables and ZF optical transceivers, OmniConnect memory solutions, and a suite of retimers and DSPs for optical and copper Ethernet and PCIe, as well as integrated circuits, active electrical cables, and SerDes chiplets. It also provides intellectual property (IP) solutions, including SerDes IP licensing. The company offers was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Grand Cayman, the Cayman Islands.

Credo Technology Group was founded in 2008 by a group of former Marvell high-speed interconnect engineers, with co-founders Lawrence Cheng (Chi Fung Cheng), now CTO, and Job Lam (Yat Tung Lam), now COO; Bill Brennan joined as CEO in 2013. After roughly a decade developing in-house SerDes IP, Walden International led its first VC round in 2015, it collaborated early with Tesla's Dojo supercomputer in 2017, and it was a founding member of the HiWire alliance whose first AEC specification appeared in 2020. The company IPO'd on Nasdaq on 2022-01-27 at $10 per share, with the Cayman-registered holding entity operating through subsidiaries in the United States, Mainland China, and Hong Kong. In May 2026 it completed the acquisition of silicon-photonics firm DustPhotonics for about $750 million and Hyperlume for about $92 million.
