História

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC was founded in 1904 and is based in Uxbridge, United Kingdom. The company was formerly known as Coca-Cola European Partners plc and changed its name to Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC in May 2021. As a Coca-Cola system bottler, it produces, distributes, and sells a broad range of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages across categories including colas, flavored soft drinks, water, sports drinks, ready-to-drink tea and coffee, and energy drinks such as Monster. In 2024, CCEP acquired the Philippines business together with Aboitiz in a USD 1.8 billion transaction, with CCEP holding a 60% stake; 2025 results benefited from full-year consolidation of the Philippines operation. Reported revenue rose from EUR 14.8 billion in 2021 to EUR 20.4 billion in 2024 and EUR 20.901 billion in 2025, with total 2025 volume of about 3.958 billion unit cases.

Posição no setor

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is one of the largest independent Coca-Cola bottlers in the world by revenue, operating in 31 markets, serving over 600 million consumers and connecting roughly 4 million customers. More than 90% of the beverages it sells are produced locally in the country where they are consumed, making it both a brand distributor and a highly localized manufacturing and routing network. The soft drinks category across its markets exceeds EUR 175 billion and is projected to grow up to about 6% annually over the next five years. Its competitive position rests on Coca-Cola system brand agency rights (including Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, and Monster), scale, channel execution, and a localized supply chain, supported by regional exclusivity, scale purchasing, and distribution density. Its most comparable peers are other large Coca-Cola-anchored bottlers such as Coca-Cola HBC, whose 2025 net sales were about EUR 11.6 billion and which is more weighted toward emerging-market growth. CCEP also supplies fast-food channels including McDonald's and Yum Brands. In its ownership structure, Olive Partners holds about 36.1% and The Coca-Cola Company holds about 19.01%.
