The company offers its products under the Starbucks Coffee, Teavana, Seattle's Best Coffee, Ethos, and Starbucks Reserve brands. Starbucks Corporation was founded in 1971 and is based in Seattle, Washington. The company completed its IPO on June 26, 1992. In September 2024, Brian Niccol became Chairman and CEO. During FY2025 the company advanced its "Back to Starbucks" plan and closed stores that did not fit its brand experience or financial path, including 627 restructuring-related store closures in FY2025 Q4. The company also classified its China retail business as held-for-sale, and in FY2026 Q2 it introduced a new three-tier membership program.
