Its smoke-free lineup now spans the IQOS heat-not-burn platform, ZYN oral nicotine pouches and the VEEV e-vapor brand, with ZYN added through the Swedish Match acquisition. As of 2025 it employed about 84,900 people.

In 2025 net revenue reached $40.648 billion, of which smoke-free products contributed $16.854 billion, or 41.5%, rising to 43% by the first quarter of 2026 with over 43 million estimated adult users. The company estimates IQOS holds about 76% of global heated-tobacco volume, while ZYN held roughly two-thirds of the U.S. oral nicotine pouch value share in 2025; its main competitors include BAT, Japan Tobacco, Imperial Brands and Altria.
