Its acquisition pace accelerated in 2025-2026: it completed the Moveworks acquisition (initial purchase price ~$2.4 billion) in December 2025, signed an agreement to acquire Veza for ~$1.25 billion in cash, and completed the Armis acquisition for ~$7.8 billion in cash in April 2026, adding a $4 billion unsecured term loan on April 17, 2026.
