沿革

The company develops, manufactures, and sells data storage devices and solutions based on NAND flash technology, including SSDs, flash-based embedded storage, removable cards, USB drives, and wafers and components. It co-develops and manufactures flash memory with Kioxia through the Flash Ventures joint venture, in which Sandisk holds 49.9% and Kioxia holds 50.1%.

In enterprise SSDs, Sandisk's 4Q25 revenue was $440M, smaller than the leaders Samsung, SK Group, Micron, and Kioxia.
