It develops, produces, and sells electronic special gases and trifluoromethanesulfonic acid series products, including nitrogen trifluoride, tungsten hexafluoride, and hydrogen chloride, alongside deuterium, hexafluorobutadiene, octafluorocyclobutane, electronic mixed and pure gases, lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide, and new fluorine-containing materials serving integrated circuit, display panel, lithium battery new energy, and pharmaceutical industries. Over time the company has broadened from a single-product base toward a fuller electronic-materials platform, advancing high-purity electronic gases, silane, precursors, and projects in Shanghai and Hohhot; in 2025 it completed the acquisition of Huai'an Peric to enter bulk electronic gases. Revenue grew from RMB 1.733 billion in 2021 to RMB 2.260 billion in 2025, with the trifluoromethanesulfonic acid series reaching about RMB 299 million in 2025 (up 44.85% year on year).
