Peric Special Gases Co., Ltd. (Zhongchuan Teqi) was founded in 2016 and is based in Handan, China. It develops, produces, and sells electronic special gases and trifluoromethanesulfonic acid series products, including nitrogen trifluoride, tungsten hexafluoride, and hydrogen chloride, alongside deuterium, hexafluorobutadiene, octafluorocyclobutane, electronic mixed and pure gases, lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide, and new fluorine-containing materials serving integrated circuit, display panel, lithium battery new energy, and pharmaceutical industries. Over time the company has broadened from a single-product base toward a fuller electronic-materials platform, advancing high-purity electronic gases, silane, precursors, and projects in Shanghai and Hohhot; in 2025 it completed the acquisition of Huai'an Peric to enter bulk electronic gases. Revenue grew from RMB 1.733 billion in 2021 to RMB 2.260 billion in 2025, with the trifluoromethanesulfonic acid series reaching about RMB 299 million in 2025 (up 44.85% year on year). By the end of 2025 the company had raised ultra-high-purity nitrogen trifluoride capacity to 18,500 tonnes per year and ultra-pure ammonia capacity to 10,000 tonnes per year, and operated eight domestic and overseas service centers.
