История

Peric Special Gases Co., Ltd. (Zhongchuan Teqi) was founded in 2016 and is based in Handan, China. It develops, produces, and sells electronic special gases and trifluoromethanesulfonic acid series products, including nitrogen trifluoride, tungsten hexafluoride, and hydrogen chloride, alongside deuterium, hexafluorobutadiene, octafluorocyclobutane, electronic mixed and pure gases, lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide, and new fluorine-containing materials serving integrated circuit, display panel, lithium battery new energy, and pharmaceutical industries. Over time the company has broadened from a single-product base toward a fuller electronic-materials platform, advancing high-purity electronic gases, silane, precursors, and projects in Shanghai and Hohhot; in 2025 it completed the acquisition of Huai'an Peric to enter bulk electronic gases. Revenue grew from RMB 1.733 billion in 2021 to RMB 2.260 billion in 2025, with the trifluoromethanesulfonic acid series reaching about RMB 299 million in 2025 (up 44.85% year on year). By the end of 2025 the company had raised ultra-high-purity nitrogen trifluoride capacity to 18,500 tonnes per year and ultra-pure ammonia capacity to 10,000 tonnes per year, and operated eight domestic and overseas service centers. It is state-controlled, with controlling shareholder Peric Technology holding 69.17% and China Shipbuilding Investment 3.44% at the end of 2025, and employs 886 people.

Положение в отрасли

Peric Special Gases is a leading domestic producer of electronic special gases in China. According to Linx Consulting data cited in its 2025 annual report disclosures, the company ranked first in China and ninth globally by sales revenue in integrated-circuit electronic special gases in 2024; prospectus data indicate its nitrogen trifluoride capacity was among the global top three and its tungsten hexafluoride capacity ranked first globally in 2022. Its competitive position rests on process know-how, customer certification, purity and supply stability, scale, a service-center network, and patent, licensing, and safety-environmental barriers, with cumulative authorized patents of 318 by the end of 2024 and 126 new applications and 61 new grants in 2025. Switching gas suppliers requires customer revalidation, yield, and safety considerations, raising switching costs for semiconductor customers. Its competitors include international majors as well as domestic peers such as Huate Gas, Jinhong Gas, and Haohua Technology. Customer concentration has historically been high, with the top five customers accounting for about 50.13% of revenue in 2019; mature products such as nitrogen trifluoride have faced intensified competition and price declines.
