It raised an angel round within two months, a 1 billion yuan Series A in 2021, and a 1 billion yuan Pre-B in 2022. Revenue rose from 53 million yuan in 2023 to 743 million yuan in 2024 and 1.644 billion yuan in 2025, up 121.26%, with the Xiyun C-series training-and-inference GPUs accounting for 94.31% of revenue.
