Nebius Group N.V., a technology company, engages in building full-stack infrastructure to service the global AI industry in the United States, the United Kingdom, and internationally. It offers Nebius builds full-stack infrastructure for AI, including large-scale GPU clusters, cloud platforms, and tools and services for developers. The company also provides TripleTen, an edtech platform for re-skilling individuals for careers in technolgy; and Avride, which develops autonomous driving technology for self-driving cars and delivery robotics. It has a strategic alliance with NVIDIA Corporation to support the expansion of the company's AI cloud infrastructure. The company was formerly known as Yandex N.V. and changed its name to Nebius Group N.V. in August 2024. Nebius Group N.V. was founded in 1989 and is based in Schiphol, the Netherlands.

Nebius Group N.V. was founded in 1989 and is based in Schiphol, the Netherlands, with an IPO date of May 24, 2011. The company was formerly known as Yandex N.V. and changed its name to Nebius Group N.V. in August 2024; in its 2024 20-F it described its retained businesses as Nebius AI, Toloka, Avride, TripleTen, a Finnish data center, and minority investments, with Toloka deconsolidated from 2025. It raised a $700 million private placement, a $1 billion public offering and $2.75 billion in convertible bonds, then about $6.3 billion via NVIDIA prepaid warrants and convertibles in Q1 2026. In early 2026 it acquired Tavily, announced the acquisition of Eigen AI, and obtained the Clarifai team and an IP license.

Contracted power exceeded 3.5GW (over 75% self-owned), it holds a strategic alliance with NVIDIA and certifications including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, with a market capitalization of about $55.8 billion; named competitors include AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle and CoreWeave.
