From 2023 to 2025, under CEO David Gitlin (CEO since 2019, chairman since 2021), the company restructured into a focused climate and energy solutions company: it completed the acquisition of Viessmann Climate Solutions and divested its Global Access Solutions, Industrial Fire, Commercial Refrigeration, and Commercial & Residential Fire businesses.
