Following its 2020 merger with Sprint, T-Mobile expanded beyond mobile into 5G home broadband, reaching 8.5 million 5G home broadband customers and 142.4 million total customers by year-end 2025. In November 2025, Srini Gopalan became CEO, with Mike Sievert moving to Vice Chairman.
